Our executive search strategy follows a defined process that
has proven to work successfully time after time. This
recruiting process has been developed over time as we
completed executive search needs for clients across
the United States and Canada.
You Only Pay For Performance
We want to insure results and work as your partner.
This is why we have adopted a pay for performance, flat
fee pricing structure for all executive searches.
Our recruiting process is broken up into three distinct stages.
A flat fee is determined up front for the entire recruiting
project. You are then billed a third at a time upon
completion of each stage.
Stage 1: Discovery and Blueprint
Your entire search hinges on successful completion
of this step. We meet with your hiring team to discuss
the qualifications and experiences necessary for success
in this position. Our line of questioning and expertise
will discover hidden needs that would otherwise go uncovered.
Your hiring team will benefit from this meeting by having
a better understanding of the position. They will walk
away with a detailed search profile that provides them with full knowledge of the indicators
that will predict success in this role.
We will then use our superior research skills to develop a Recruiting Blueprint. Every project needs a roadmap and recruiting is no different.
This blueprint will spell out where the qualified candidates
can be found, how they can be contacted, and how they
can be driven to the hiring team.
Stage 2: Sourcing and Recruiting
Once we have the blueprint the next step is to source
and recruit qualified candidates. This is done in a
variety of ways such as identifying and networking with
possible candidates at target companies, recruitment
advertising, datamining, etc.
We speak with the candidates to accurately assess their qualifications, organizational fit and their willingness
to move for the right opportunity.
Qualified candidates are then presented to you for
the final stage of the process.
Stage 3: Interview and Offer
In this final stage of the process, we will meet again
with the hiring team. Interview schedules will be coordinated
and interview goals assigned for each member of the
team. At this time, we will also provide coaching
on assessment techniques and questions to be
asked to insure team members will be able to more accurately
predict the future success of each candidate.
Once interviews are completed and you have determined
who will be receiving an offer, we work with all parties
involved to negotiate a compensation package that is
fair and will be accepted.
Our negotiation style creates a win/win situation for
you and the selected candidate, resulting in a higher
acceptance rate and lower rate of counter-offer accpetance.
